Ready to quit smoking or vaping for good? This powerful 2hr session is designed to help you break the habit and become a confident non-smoker or ex-vaper, without stress, pressure or judgment.

What to expect:
We’ll explore your personal reasons for wanting to quit, your smoking history, and what’s worked (or not) in the past. You’ll complete a brief health questionnaire and finish with a calming relaxation session to prepare your mind for change. You’ll also receive a specially designed MP3 download to support your progress.​
We use insights from neuroscience to understand how habits are formed, and more importantly, how they can be unlearned. This session combines psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to rewire thought patterns, reduce cravings, and help you feel fully in control. You’ll leave feeling empowered, focused, and ready for a smoke-free / vape-free future.
